It was a great fall for curling in North Bay! 56 new curlers have been introduced to the game. ACP Pro, Mackenzie (our teammate!!) has been the Lead Coach on ice weekly this season, with the help of Assistant Coaches Sara, Laura, Steve, Jenny and Bobby, introducing new adult curlers to the game of curling at the North Bay Granite Club. In the first intake 34 curlers graduated from the 7 week Learn to Curl program, with many of them transitioning into Rookie League. The second trimester intake is well underway and bringing another 22 new adults into the world of curling! NB Granite’s next intake for Rookie League and Adult LTC starts February 16, 2026 and spots are already filling.
