Why did you decide to join the Spring Into Summer Nutrition Challenge?
I joined to get myself back in track. Busy days meant not scheduling meals eating on the run. I felt I was out of control. I was looking for some helpful hints to make things a little easier.
What have you gained/ learned from taking the Challenge?
The biggest thing I learned is that it is not that hard. If I take the time to plan my week, it makes my life so much easier. I also really think about portions and I can do this if I am home our out for dinner.
What would you say to someone considering doing a Challenge or Nutrition Program at CFNAC?
I would highly recommend it. After the six weeks you will feel so much better about yourself. It will give you that boost to keep going. If I can do it anyone can do it !!!
