The National Ringette League - Ringette Canada's premier ringette league - is back and ready to hit the ice this upcoming weekend for the 2025-2026 season. It is proudly Canada's longest continually running elite women's sports league and provides the country's best ringette players the place to showcase their exceptional and extraordinary talents.
The League boasts 14 teams with 7 teams representing both the eastern and western regions of Canada. This year marks both the launch of the NRL's 21st season and the inaugural start of the Rocky Mountain Rage, a team based out of Cochrane, Alberta.
In addition to the launch of the Rocky Mountain Rage, this year's season will see the NRL's Ravens re-branded as the Eastern Ontario Capitals as part of a new partnership between the Nepean National Ringette League and the Eastern Ontario AA Ringette Association (EOAARA).
Whether you're a long-time NRL follower or brand new fan to the game of ringette, find lots of links and lists below to help you get up to speed on the NRL, Hub Game Schedules, and each of the League's 14 participating teams. Make the 2025-2026 season the year you #WatchHerPlay and #CheerHerOn.
