Open Your Windows For Just 5 minutes A Day, Can Do Wonders To Increase The Air Quality In Your Home And Reduce The Amount Of Pollutants In Your Home! Just opening your windows for 5 minutes will dramatically reduce the pollutants from off gassing from furniture, paint, gas appliances, carpets etc. Cleaning products, if you're not using natural ones and cooking can also be big culprits of polluting the inside air. Off gassing can be quite detrimental to your health, by potentially causing headaches, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, eye, nose and throat irritation etc. Depending upon what time of year, will determine how long you can keep the windows open, obviously. According to the EPA, (Environmental Protection Agency) there are between 2 -5 times higher pollutants that can be found in a closed, sealed home than outdoor levels. (That's crazy!!) I am very sensitive to smells and do experience headaches, and nausea. My door and window, in the kitchen, are always opened and closed throughout the day, regardless of the time of year, just to let my pups out to the back yard. 🐕🦺 And, every chance I get, I switch off the air conditioning in the summer, much to the chagrin of my family! Similarly, I love to open my windows, even on a -20c day, in the winter! 😁 So, open your windows!! Do you open your windows throughout the year? . . . #freshair #offgassing #health #healthbenefits #healthyhabits #vocs #airquality #seewhatshecando

Learn To Appreciate What You Have Before Time Makes You Think What You Had Covid, I believe, put the breaks on life as we knew it, and allowed us to take stock. For me, it has given me time to seriously take a hard look at my life. Thus, one of the reasons I got into wellness coaching. I love helping people in their journey towards better health, and a better life. Do you have a gratitude journal or? Or, do you make a conscious effort to appreciate moments? Time is moving so quickly, or that's how it feels for me. It's August already! Appreciate what you have, appreciate who you have in your life, what you might like to change, who you'd like to see more of in your life or out of your life. So, take some time today, and everyday, be present, be grateful. You will be happier for it. 💕 #gratitude #grateful #beingpresent #mindset #believeinyou #weekend #gettingitdone #kinder #appreciatelife #saturday #seewhatshecando
