Hey Golfers! ⛳️⛳️⛳️ 🏌🏾♂️🏌🏼🏌🏾♀️ Now that golf courses are officially able to start preparing the courses for the season we thought we would share some golf specific strength training exercises! Yes, this is a rare sighting of Kevin Honsberger on social media so enjoy this clip walking you through plank exercises for putting, short game and long game! Try breaking this up into three separate plank exercises doing each phase for one minute. If you lose form, reduce the time and start with 30 seconds, remember form is the most important and building up the amount of time you can hold this for is secondary. Stay tuned for more golf specific exercises to get you ready for the golf season that we are all so excited about! #honsphysio #buildingabetteryou #golfers #golf #exercise #physiotherapy #personaltraining #fitness #movementismedicine #massagetherapy #stayactive
