Week 34: Savannah M-C. (golfw.smc) is currently a Professional Long Drive Competitor. Previous to participating in the Long Drive circuit she played elite level soccer and played varsity for Queen's University. She wants to increase awareness and growth for the sport of Long Drive, especially on the women's side. IT’S HERE! Our third annual Sports Festival is on Sunday July 7th! This free event is open to everyone in the community and will feature a wide range of sports, games and activities sure to bring out the athlete in everyone. 💯💯 . The Festival celebrates the Hijabi Ballers project, its athletes and community members and will bring various communities and cultures together in support of Muslim girls and women in sports. .🏆🥇 . The event will feature a free, all-female Multi-sport tournament, featuring two tiers: Recreational and Competitive, with games of soccer, flag rugby, ball hockey and basketball. Plus various classes including fitness, yoga, martial arts and introductory clinics for a handful of sports including ⚽️soccer, 🏀basketball, 🎾tennis, 🛹skateboarding and more, so everyone is sure to find something that speaks to them! . . P.s there will be sport-themed games and challenges and LOTS of prizes to be won 💰🎟🏅 . The Hijabi Ballers Sports Festival is the ultimate event where fun meets fierce!
