Week 52: Bo V-D. (bovinhdoyle) was a track and cross country varsity athlete for Boston University. She was their Cross Country MVP in 2000 and Track Captain in 2002! She has learned about positive self talk in long distance running and it has helped keep her motivated and disciplined.
