Pilates Works offers one-on-one Pilates sessions and strength training in a private gym in downtown Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
Our personal trainers design physical fitness programs specifically for each one of our clients. Our holistic approach combines Pilates with strength training and functional training to build lean muscle, extend range of motion and improve overall fitness.
Pilates Works is conveniently located in downtown Oakville and has parking on-site as well as nearby public parking. Our private studio contains industry-leading equipment in a clean, well-lit space, so you can focus on your fitness goals: no distractions, no crowds and no waiting for equipment.

I have been training with Tibor and his team for years now, and highly recommend them! The specialized equipment, friendly team, and knowledgeable trainers have helped me improve my overall fitness. Initially I started seeing them to help correct back pain I have from scoliosis and I have noticed a very positive improvement in my physical condition and overall strength from working with Pilates Works. My wife and I started going to Pilates Works more than 12 years ago. The difference I feel in my body over these years is simply astonishing. My body is strong and so is my flexibility.
I am always amazed at the level of Tibor's knowledge of the human body! Given any physical body pain, he relates to it quickly and accurately and immediately recommends/implements a solution/routine. Simply amazing!
At Pilates Works Tibor and Christine are marvellous to interact with.
Any person that I know that has joined Pilates Works simply raves about how great their results are.
One of my best decisions in life was to join Tibor's Pilates Works.

Where to start?! I LOVE TIBOR AND CHRISTINE! I have been working out with Tibor for about 8 years... Went in after having 3 kids and no longer about to do a sit up alone. Used to need weekly massages for aches and pains. Gone is the chronic pain and replaced with regular compliments on my arm tone! My body now stands and moves with strength.
30 min twice a week is totally something I can commit to with my busy schedule. I get a great workout and am able to rant and vent to Tibor about anything I want! He is a great sounding board as well as being insanely knowledgeable on the functional anatomy of the human body! This is not the place where a trainer will accidentally injure you.
Pilates Works with Tibor and Christine is probably the single best thing I do for myself as an individual. Can't recommend them enough, and consider them true caring friends. Thanks guys.

This is one of the best training facilities in the Oakville area. I have worked with many other trainers over the years when I was playing Jr. and College hockey, I wish I had these trainers when I was playing.
Christine & Tibor are very professional and they have lots of experience on working getting you fit and working on muscle deficiencies.
They were both professional dancers and this experience is why they have extensive knowledge on the body, movement and getting muscles stronger.
If you are looking for a place to get fit, get strong, rehabilitation than you will not be disappointed.
Excellent equipment for strength training and excellent equipment for pilates.
