Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines suggest to achieve health benefits, women between the ages of 18 and 64, should participate in moderate to intense activity for 150 minutes per week, in bouts of 10 minutes or more? That's only 20 minutes per day! We can help you make physical fitness more enjoyable by helping you find women who share your interests and pushing you to seek more outdoor adventure. Trailbird Collective helps connect you to local women who share your same passion for community, art and the outdoors. Currently, we are offering free, guided hikes at York Regional Forest tracts and community trails that are within 20 minutes of a York Region urban centre. We also have nature-inspired, hand-lettered, watercolour prints and artwork for sale in our Etsy shop.
