Enjoy one hour of yoga followed by a glass of Willow Springs wine.
We will be practicing outdoors in a tent in the middle of the Willow Springs vineyard.
Enjoy the sunset as our instructor Swaati leads us through a gentle and mindful practice.
Following sunset yoga, participants are invited to join us for a glass of wine and some nibbles.
This event is suitable for all adults over the age of 19.
All abilities are welcome.
All participants will enjoy one hour of yoga and a glass wine at Willow Springs winery.
