Moms and Babies love working out and we love working out with them too! Latin 27 55 and Circuits combines easy-to-follow Latin 27s and fun circuit training exercises to do alone or while having fun with your baby and other Toronto moms. All classes are beginner-friendly and low impact. Must bring a carrier or car seat to class. Women have the option to come with or without their baby. For women with babies 5 months & up. This is a 12-week program. Must register online in advance and fill out a waiver and PARQ forms confirming you are ready for an exercise program under us.
