Love Front and Centre

Over the last number of years, while doing my thing outside, I have found hearts in weird and wonderful places.  It didn't matter whether I was walking in the 'hood, on my favourite hiking trail, canoetripping in the backcountry or hitting the ski slopes. Hearts in all shapes and sizes seemed to find themselves front and centre on my life's path. Sometimes I even got two for the price of one. 

With each heart I found, I wanted to capture these moments with my camera. In the spirit of celebrating Valentine's Day and the love so many of us have for the outdoors, I thought I'd share some of my favourite pics of the hearts I've come across in my daily efforts to be an outsider.  I hope they inspire you to open your own heart to the smallest of things while you find yourself out and about in our everyday environment.
