Edit- The new management and customer service is fantastic, they quickly replied and answered my call asking how to make things right, they quickly booked me in to recheck everything, the manager and mechanic that worked on my car listen to my concerns, and they went above and beyond checking everything and aligning it as best as possible and even checking/balancing the wheels! car drives much better now, very happy with the new changes and customer service, shop has completely changed from last time I was there and I will definitely be bringing business back!
I brought my car in for an alignment was told it would be an hour of labour at most and if it takes less they will charge me less, the alignment was simple I even told them not to touch front camber, all the suspension components were replaced, not seized or loose and adjustable making it even easier then stock (SSS mechanic even confirmed this) the mechanic said he can add self steer (which is weird because I have no castor adjustment) but I just told them I want it to drive great as a daily and have the occasional fun with it, when I came back to pick my car up I was charged 1.5 hours of labour, didn’t tell me over the phone, didn’t warn me just gave me a bill and acted like nothing was new, i said fine whatever as long as it drives good, well I was far from correct it feels sloppy, shakes at certain speeds and almost feels worse then my homemade alignment to get there, I confronted them and they basically told they don’t know what the issue is and its probably unbalanced wheels, I went home and changed wheels as well as took my spacers off just in case, issue still persists, no less no more. It feels like they don’t care at all and I was extremely displeased with my experience there.

Took my 1973 Celica with a 3SGE Beams swap here as the ECU was acting up. They correctly diagnosed the issue as a faulty throttle body and even had a replacement on hand. Fixed the issue and the car is now running as it should.

SSS motorsports is a shop that truly cares about the community! I took my sr20 240 over to them back in January with a multitude of issues, & they had everything sorted out & ready to go in just under a week! The guys are very knowledgeable and they had helped out with a lot of things that I was not aware was causing issues with my car, & took the time to explain to me as well, which I really appreciated being not a mechanically inclined person myself.
Special thanks to Ray, the SSS media guy, who shot a beautifully edited video of my car that he ended up posting to the shop’s social media pages. The video showed the work that was being done on my car by Wyatt, one of the owners/mechanics at SSS, & what a highlight that was for me to see such pride & care taken into fixing my car!
To finish off this very-deserving 5-star review, I want to sincerely thank Jovi, another one of the owners/mechanics at SSS, who proved that their shop cares about their customers longggg after you have taken your car home. I ended up getting a battery relocation kit installed by the shop back during my initial visit in January, and 5 months later (in June), I ended up causing an issue within the wiring for the relocation kit (all at my own fault). I saw Jovi at a track event just this past week & I explained my issue to him, & he was eager to provide support/guidance so that I could get my car back on the road. He even swung me a new breaker for the kit for free, which he did not have to do at all, but he did. The owners at SSS truly care for the community’s cars & retaining good relations with their clientele. I am so proud to tell others where I took my car to get fixed. I really appreciate how SSS treated me & my cars before and after my appointment, & I recommend SSS to anyone who is having issues with their car. I know I will definitely be returning once I have an issue or maintenance that only the pros can handle. Jovi & Wyatt run a real good team, thanks again guys for such an awesome shop experience

Brought my Car in september ‘24 after talking with Marco, who gave me an estimate which i accepted with some margin to extra spend. Tasks were to do the final touches, dyno tune, ECU Master & ADU7 and sensors wiring, i brought a huge inventory of top brands parts to be used. I went on Vacation and they told me my Engine (just fully built by A.R.E) had low oil pressure on the Dyno, i have to add $1500 extra to pull the engine out and Kindly A.R.E did the complete tear down validating my warranty.
They didnt found anything on the engine so engine back and start over. Later they called me that my brand new Precision 6266 was broken because it has a restrictor, i ordered another one right away $2000, didnt even want to wait or claim the warranty ( Marco searched for info to get a CHRA to fix my “old brand new turbo”), I needed another Vibrant 90* elbow so they cut the elbow from the turbo to weld it on the new one, when i ask for my old turbo which i wanted to fix so i could recover some money spent in the “new one” they gave me the turbo with missing parts and with a huge cut on the compressor side! I asked for an explanation and the guy started to be so rude to me so i swallowed my rage and left swearing to myself never come back to this place, in the beginning everything was nice and cool when i was paying $4000 a week right after they asked me for deposit.
My final bill was almost $18k (original estimate was $7500) and they still owing me the wiring and setup of my fuel gauge…(they made a story that my fuel sender bla bla bla , and charged me $350 for a new fuel sender and after 2 weeks arrived was for MK4 so, they promised me to do it anyways and never happened)
Now after a time since i got the car in april 2025, car has 2109kms and i cant stop finding crap and surprises in my car like my SR Fab GTR coils custom plate which 3 of 4 parts were broken, the Spectra “Rock Auto” coils one was pulled with pliers, 2 are differentpart # and the cherry on the cake: the #6 was wrapped with electrical tape….
Another issue i have is that the car doesnt idle, never did it, and its so annoying having this issue after paying $18k.
Today i found out the coils situation and my rage came back thats why im doing the review today.
This was a resume of my experience being the best customer they ever had, spending money in top quality parts, paying right after they asked and being comprehensive in any situation.
I dont want any contact with anyone in that shop and i dont recommend it at all, being a mechanic i felt so disappointed and i will never forget this.
P.D: I still don't know what happened to my engine on the dyno…….

Im extremely impressed with SSS Motorsports. I brought my Cobalt in for a diagnosis and their tech Wyatt solved the issue I was having very quickly and also brought other issues to light that I was unaware of. He was very professional and has a great understanding of his job which is refreshing. I can confidently say I will be a returning customer and will recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Thank you to the team.
