Hi everyone! 

I am a PhD student studying Sport Psychology at the University of Ottawa, but also love coaching youth sports in my free time! I am currently recruiting coaches for one of my doctoral studies and thought that SWSCD members may be interested. The purpose of the study is to explore how competitive youth sport can become more safe, inclusive, and meaningful for all athletes. "Competitive sport" is broadly defined to reach a diverse group of coaches and sport contexts (e.g., high school, college/university, regional, provincial, national). Participation would last for the duration of your competitive sport season this year (2022).
